Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Park Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the person whose credit card and name was used to make the reservation will have to be present at the time of check-in with the same credit card and an official Id. Access code to apartments will be provided after the ID check. Please note that the room rate for the Studio Apartment does not include a cleaning fee of USD 50 that is payable upon arrival. Please note that the the room rate for the Three-Bedroom Apartment does not include a cleaning fee of USD 100 that is payable upon arrival. Please note that the rate for the one bedroom ground floor apartment does not include the USD 70 cleaning fee. Please note that parties or celebrations are not allowed at the property.
