A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the 30% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact guests with further details. A cleaning fee of EUR 25 may be charged after check-out via credit card details. Please note that late check-out, after 11:00 has an additional cost of EUR 10. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has an additional cost of EUR 10.
