Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.Please note that this accommodations does not have reception.An email will be sent to you after you have made you reservation to explain how you can check in to the property.There is a strict no smoking policy at this property.Guests are asked to not make noise after 23:00 and before 11:00.There is a resident cat at the property, guests with allergies should take note. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
