Front desk is open 24/7. The city tax is AED 20.00 for the first bedroom per night, and increases by AED 20.00 per night for each additional bedroom. The beach refurbishment project is commencing at the AI Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection and is expected to take approximately 15 days. During this period, the beach will remain fully open and accessible; however, temporary barriers will be placed along certain sections of the shoreline. Smoking rooms are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Construction of a high-rise residential tower began in July 2024 and will continue until 2027. This construction site is over 300 m away from the main resort building. All resort facilities, including dining, pool, kids' club, splash pads, and beach, remain fully operational. Measures are in place to minimize any potential noise or visual impact and ensure guest comfort. The Tower Family Room does not have full double beds — twin beds are pushed together. The Landscaping project at Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection will be starting on the second phase from 01.03.2024 for 5 weeks approximately. All resort facilities will remain operational and accessible for the guests throughout the enhancement. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel. The Red Carpet Glamour New Year's Eve program includes a welcome cocktail reception with fire blowers and stilt walkers, live DJ, a buffet, live music with Souled-out band, cabaret, countdown to the New Year, afterparty with DJ Mo. A new structure is currently being built on the northwest part of the resort’s premises.
