A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please inform Bertolli Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours as follows: EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:30 and 00:00 and EUR 50 for arrivals after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note, the pools will be open from May unti October.
