This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CHF 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform GriwaRent in advance about the total number of guests staying at the property. Please note that children cannot be accommodated additionally to the maximum occupancy. Please note that children cannot be accommodated additionally to the maximum occupancy. Please note that CHF 500 will be pre-authorised (blocked) on the credit card on the day of booking. It will be refunded after the cleaning of the apartment. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card.
