Due to government regulations aimed at reducing waste, starting from January 1, 2025, hotels in Taiwan will restrict the use of disposable toiletries (such as shower cap, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, etc.). Guests are encouraged to bring their own items. Pets, with the exception of guide dogs, are strictly prohibited. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of TWD 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
